In the last year, there has been much progress in understanding how to derive the quiver gauge theory resulting from placing a D-brane at the tip of a Calabi-Yau cone. We review the relevant mathematics and show how to obtain a gauge theory for the cones over all ten regular Sasaki-Einstein five folds.
