We show that a class of minimal supersymmetric SO(10) model gives a quite successful predictions for neutrino masses and mixings, as well as leptonic CP asymmetry. The natural suppression of proton decay restricts the flavor structure of the model and makes it predictive for neutrino parameters. The particular choice of Yukawa texture not only fits all lepton and quark masses as well as CKM parameters but also predicts neutrino oscillation parameters, e.g. |U_{e3}| and delta_{MNSP}, which will be tested by long baseline experiments such as T2K and subsequent experiments using the neutrino beam from JPARC.
